01 How do I place an order?
Choose your frame, width, colour, size and option on our website and send us an inquiry on WhatsApp. We will reply with a quotation.
02 Do you make custom sizes?
Yes. Use our Custom Orders page to send your size, quantity and other details for a quotation.
03 How can I pay?
You can confirm your order with a 50% advance payment or full payment. The balance must be settled before the parcel is handed to the courier.
04 Do you deliver island-wide?
Yes, we deliver island-wide through Citypak.
05 How long does delivery take?
Usually within 5 business days.
06 Is there an extra cost for glass?
Orders with glass have a safe packing cost depending on the order size. It is included in your quotation.
07 How do I send my photo for printing?
Upload it with your inquiry, or send it to us directly on WhatsApp after placing your inquiry.
